Tonight is meatloaf (from epicurious.com -- you cook the veggies in wine before adding them to the meat mixture...yummy!) with roasted potatoes and a salad.

Baked potato and veg some nice corn on the cob.

I saw Liza's post about tortellini and realised I haven't had that in ages and it is such an easy meal so having that & salad. Plus Bounty ice cream for dessert.

I think I'll have musli (sp) for dinner - with yogurt and honey.  I had pizza and salad at a luncheon meeting today and I feel huge!!!

I did have that - with yogurt, honey, and strawberries and peaches.  Mmmmm!!!  Nice and cool on a hot day.

Had a lovely picnic yesterday with my future flatmate...made a salsa with fresh avocado, had tortilla chips, found some yummy hummous with chickpeas and roasted red onion on top (at M & S), got some pita bread, and then bought fresh cherries from the veg stand near one of the tube stations.  It was YUMMY!  And perfect in the heat.

We are having cheesy garlic chicken, baked potatoes...new potatoes with fresh green beans for me, and for hubby, he wants baked beans and eggs.... :P To each his own!  :D

DH just emailed -- we're going to Nando's!  I'll have my usual -- chicken breast in a pitta (medium) with rice...and maybe some ff frozen yogurt to follow.   ;D
