still deciding.  How does grilled salmon steaks on a bed of pasta salad with sliced beefsteak tomatoes that have been marinated in olive oil, garlic & lemon juice sound?

Tonight was fresh pineapple for starters and then I had avacado and tomato sandwiches while Jamie had avacado, ham, and cheese.

Hmmmm - not sure.  I ate so much over the weekend (it was Father's Day here) that I should probably have a can of Slim Fast and call it a night.  :)

Gaviscon.  The nausea's gone.  And the heartburn has taken its place.  Bloody hell!

I'll be right over.  It all sounds good except the tomatoes, which I don't like raw. :P

I made chicken-n-noodles.

Didn't get home till after 8pm (shopping for a wedding gift) - - I ate a chunk of Lindt chocolate and I'll just go to bed as soon as the file I'm sending leaves my outbox.  :P

We made cheese toast & a veggie tart...totally tired and lazy last night.  Tonight is cricket for me so no cooking - we eat at the clubhouse (usually veggie chili or the like).

Spinach-Ricotta tortelinni with a light toss of butter and grated parmesan cheese, with a side of vegge.  I think I'll take a steak out to thaw for dinner tomorrow night.
