Sorry to disappoint, but DH is not exactly an Indian gourmet... it was just a jar of Pataks Vindaloo paste, bought on special offer for 99p!

It was verrry tasty, though.  :)

Tonight it is chicken thighs with Nando's Smokey Hot BBQ sauce.

Those Pataks pastes are really nice! I don't usually like to buy sauces or sauce mixes in jars & packets, prefer to make my own, but I do buy those when I want to make a really good curry.

I have absolutely no idea what to do for dinner tonight.  Maybe a smoked fish salad for me and I don't know what for hubby who will be home late after playing baseball.  Last night I was feeling a bit run down and feverish and got hubby to go out and get me a felafel. They put too many raw onions in the salad but it seems to have killed the germs because I feel much better today.

Meshell if a Hungarian asks you to drink any of their spirits ...say NO.

I went to a hen do with a mate that was Hungarian and she gave me some kind of spirit that she brought from home that stuff was nearing 90% (I'm exaggerating but it was strong) I lost my voice for 2 days.

I think it was hungarian for Petrol... :P

Have fun ;D

I don't know yet, but I hope there's a birthday cake involved. ;D

Last night we went to a BBQ and had every meat under the sun (I think).  Well, I didn't have the chicken, Jamie did, but I sampled everything else: lamb, burgers, pork chops and sausage (so, yeah, more pig than anything else ::)).  Very tasty...of course, so was the cider and the Bailey's on the Rocks which I consumed all too much of. ;)
I was born in the Summer and at Night...my mother named me AUTUMN DAWN.  True story.

Jamie's...beyond the stars and past eternity.

EMAIL or PM me for information about gigs or about booking me (solo gig) or the band.

I have a chuck roast in the crock pot with potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic.  I'll put it over egg noodles and totally pig out.  :)  Ok, it will take me a week to eat the whole thing by myself, but I will still have a small pig out session.

We had an afternoon of sun and BBQ. I had chicken and quorn sausages with pasta and corn. I also had a pint of cold cider which I have saved my WW points for. Ahh..very refreshing!
Everyone else had pork chops, hotdogs and hamburgers and chips.
