It isn't the milkshakes that make me sick it is the ice cream...it's the McFlurries that do it........I just get the most horrible feeling about 20 minutes after eating it...I am not Diabetic but the feeling I get I thought would be akin to a diabtic reaction.......just get really sleepy and my stomach aches..I feel like I could just drop where I stand....

So I dont eat it!

I actually didn't feel well last night when I got home and I thought about you MeShell - I felt sort of urpy and not hungry.  I had corn and mashed potatoes for dinner.  :P

we had the most AWFUL microwave curries from Tesco tonight.
They were from the 'British Asian home cooking' range, and they were tasteless and horrible, and im sure they were a million miles away from anything that British Asians would cook in their homes!   :-X

Do you have a lactose intolerance?  I can't eat ice cream or drink too much milk as I have a similar reaction.  The milk over in England seems to not set it off as much and because of the bacterias in the yougurt I can eat that (plus hard cheeses)...just a thought...
