Going to the doctors and getting my cholestrol results

                 3.86

That is down from 7.6 in Dec.

That is 149 in american speak.

Congrats AyouBob!  I just had my test last week and got a 4.9 which is about 190 mg/dL.  On the borderline but much better than my previous all time high of 6.2.  I hope to get mine closer to 4 or so with the running.

I have been here nearly 30 years and I have just realised I have never tried it.

Maybe I should have posted in something odd....

Should I invest in a jar? I mean i got short arms and deep pockets.

Husband was offered the job he'd applied for at his work, after thinking he didn't do well in the interview, he was offered the job today!! Which means lots more responsibility, but also a big pay increase!! Yay! He was absolutely stunned...... :D
