I want a ridiculous dress, which is blatantly too short & too tight & too expensive, but dang it!

Sad thing is, I was tempted to buy two in different colours. Luckily I had my internet banking open in another tab and I reminded myself of just how stupid that would be.  ;D

I have a problem :(

So much nice stuff around at the moment, everything is really nice jewel colours and sparkles and sleeves! So many things have sleeves, it's amazing. You should totally get something! ASOS have a great sale on right now.

I bought this on Friday, it's SO beautiful in real life, like a midnight sky.

and this is my payday purchase I think

Those are both gorgeous!

I think I'm going to get this: http://www.asos.com/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=2269553 (black) as a general "need a nice dress to throw on" thing, 'cause it looks flow-y and pretty

And then I'll pick either this http://www.asos.com/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=2536314 (navy) or this http://www.asos.com/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=2460209 (burgundy) - going to order both and see which I prefer.

This morning, Andee brought back our plastic containers (we'd taken them leftover Thanksgiving food & treats since they weren't able to make ours this year) - and brought us snacks & treats from our favourite deli here in town -- just around the corner from Andee's house.

Thank you, Andee -- and you didn't need to do that!  We were just trying to look after you.  :-*

I bought a winter coat at Oasis in 2010. It only closes with snaps and by the end of that first winter the snaps pulled out on the one side, so I couldn't close it (no belt either). I just struggled through with it last winter, but I finally decided to take it to have the snaps repaired. I took it to the tailor yesterday and it's going to cost $3 and be finished today. I thought it would at least cost $15, so I was pleasantly surprised! Why did I wait so long??

I always put off stupid small things like that, like my winter coat is missing two buttons, I have the buttons, why not sew them on?!

oooh wrong thread!

Went to Macy's with my mom and found a beautiful dark red holiday dress. She bought it for me because she is so sad that I am leaving  :\\\'(. I am going to wear to fiance's family's holiday celebrations. I've never had a special "Christmas" dress or outfit so I'm pretty excited!

We hit 72 today in southern Indiana. While I would MUCH prefer snow, if I can't have snow, it might as well be warm.
