CB-- Do you have a carbon monoxide detector in your house? Those symptoms match carbon monoxide poisoning as well.

Hope you find out what it is and get better soon!

Cb hope you get checked out and taken care of soon!  Niku2--sending you and baby good birthing vibes.  Pb--maybe it's the full moon (we're just past full now) keeping you up?

Thanks pengi and BostonDiner, I've been to the dentist today as a quick emergency appointment.  I've got an abcess (as I thought) due to bacteria getting in via a filling.  I'm now on the road to recovery--two kinds of antibiotics and an appointment next week to get a root canal.  I'm not worried about that at all and my dentist really is a sweet lady who tells me not to worry it will all be sorted.   Relieved!

Just realized I didn't know where my passport has been since I moved to my new flat a month ago. I have my Life in the UK test in about 3 hours, so I just spent a full hour tearing my flat apart to find it. It was in SUCH a stupid place. I can't believe I would put it there! Now I have a pounding headache and numb hands for some reason? Maybe the stress brought it on.  :-X

Bleh, last thing you needed.

Thanks for all the well wishes ladies. I'm trying to get an appointment with my GP but as usual, I'm in freaking Liverpool.

The eye twitch is driving me crazy, it's so bad people can see it.

Hugs, CB. :( Can you go to a walk-in clinic, or A&E?

Oh glad they've seen to you.  I had a root canal about a year or so ago and it really wasn't all that bad (like you hear).  The endodontist was very nice and explained everything exactly and let me have little breaks.  It was in a tooth that was already crowned so I did have to go back to the regular dentist eventually and get a new crown.  But what a relief!

Hugs to all of you with these bad IAs!

Mine: the ex's employer screwed up his pay which means the child support money will probably be screwed up as well.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

The load of laundry that should have been ready for me to hang out on the line has not even been started in the wash yet! I hit the "start delay" button instead of the plain old start button. They are right next to each other. This has happend twice now in the last month. It's such a Inconvenient Annoyance!!!!

The vets office is out of my cat's food. I called yesterday as I knew we'd be completely out today and they told me it would be there today. I went all the way there and they said the delivery never came today. Great. She ended up giving me two packs of wet food. My cat hasn't had wet food in years, so we'll see how this goes over with the diva.  ::)
