I was afraid to put mine in the toaster, after hearing about the 'fire' ;D, So I put mine under the grill, and then spread cream cheese on it, that was better than butter in my opinion.

Oooh, I hadn't thought of that! Now I might have to go and buy some more to try it out!

I tried it both ways, and definately prefer the cream cheese. :D

OK, you guys are all in trouble!   ;)  After reading this thread I had to pick up some to try it out! MMMMMMMMMMMMMM! This stuff rocks! Thanks for introducing me to it...there goes the diet for my sister's wedding! lol   ; :D

I think I didn't toast it long enough 'cause I was afraid of the toaster catching on fire!  With the butter, it is delish!  The Cadbury creme egg I had wasn't bad either... ;)

Don't listen to Belindaloo she just wanted an excuse for a new deluxe toaster.... :P

I have toasted mine for a bit and never caught the toaster on fire.....you just have to watch it...

Well I joined the malt loaf bandwagon over the weekend.  I placed it under the grill  and it was very tasty!

I passed it up in the supermarket today ... because I looked at the calorie count per slice! And that's without the butter or cream cheese or whatever you use to slather on it! Yikes!!   :P
