I actually didn't check the fat content, so they might just not be lying. But at 100+ calories for one teensy slice .... NO MORE!!!

They aren't, but with all the sugar it does not really matter, just turns to fat :o

tried it last night  with all the  various spreads  ..butter  full fat.. Flora..and cream cheese..  yummy yes.. and I did  grill it like belindaloo mentioned..  very  good  but i also noticed the  longer it grilled the gooyier it got..  so  another lesson..   to note for next time..  but not for a  while..   ;D ;D ;D

Weight Watchers has a nice malt bread and it is only 1 point per slice!
