Synaesthesia?

Ok, here's one for you....if I'm lying in a dark, quiet room with my eyes shut, like when I'm in bed at night, any loud noise I hear is accompanied by a flash of light, kind of like lightning.  Weird, eh?  Anyone know if that's normal or if I'm just much more odd than I originally thought?

I also sometimes suffer from....what's it called....sleep paralysis?  I'm not sure that's the right term.  My mind will be wide awake, and I can usually open my eyes, but I can't move at all.  Kind of the opposite of sleepwalking, which I also do when I'm really stressed....

(Ok, I'm a mess, I admit it....) :P
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

I have often dreamt I am awake and doing my morning routine and therefore I don't bother to get out of bed - until it's too late and I have to rush around

You know how a workout makes the majority of people feel great because, as we have all heard, exercising releases endorphins (the feel good hormone - yadayadayada)?  Well, for me, it doesn't matter if I work out really hard or take it easy; after I workout I feel horrible - like someone has beaten the living daylights out of me.  I'm exhausted and want to cry.  Yep.  Weird.

NOT WEIRD at all!!  i do it because i have to, not because it makes me feel good, but i suppose in the looooooooonnnnnnggggggggg run, ie, when i grow up, it might just possibly keep things in the right places

but i hate every minute of it, and need a nap after

Not sure if its really odd but I am so not a morning person. I hate speaking unless I've been awake for atleast an hour or two. I mumble or grumble if anyone tries to ask me anything

I'm the same way.  It drives my husband nuts - and makes my life soooo nice on mornings when he isn't around.

I find it really hard to make eye contact with people.  I make a special effort for job interviews and generally when trying to make a good impression on somebody, but if I'm just chatting to friends or other people I usually won't make eye contact.  It just makes me uncomfortable...doesn't mean I'm shifty or anything  :P
