I always use cheese sauce rather than white sauce. You can get packets of dry cheese sauce (like Oxo cheese sauce) and I find that works just as good as white sauce. Makes it a bit cheesier.

I prefer the Cathedral cheddar. I just like how creamy it is. Yum.

And you can never put in too much cheese. The more the better.

They're dry cheese packs. You have to add milk and cook slowly but you can get them anywhere. They tend to be either in the pasta aisle or where you'll find gravy.
