Warm, sunny days.  And brand-new, clean and squishy sand for the sandbox. :)

hehehe, thanks! He ended up saying later on that I could frame it and hang it up if I took it down when his mom, step-father, and brother come to visit. Me thinks someone's family is a bit snobby.  ;) His father and step-mother would be happy for me, though!

Don't worry, I don't always listen to what he says.  ;)

What was your grocer challenge?

I'm stuck on ten pound a week until the next pay day.

Oh well.

Still, the weather's been nice and if being skint means I've gotta safe bike than hell, I'll be skint until pay day!

Wearing flip flops all day, outside of the house, even up until 9pm! My toes were free!

..."And it's two bare feet on the dashboard. Young love and an old Ford. Cheap shades and a tattoo and a Yoo-Hoo bottle on the floorboards. Perfect song on the radio. Sing along 'cause it's one we know. It's a smile, it's a kiss. It's a sip of wine, it's summertime!"

Okay...certainly not summer yet. But rockin out in my socks in my room with the nice weather and silly upbeat songs is a fabulous way to start the morning!

I don't know what that song is, but you made me remember Yoo-Hoo!  Used to drink that stuff as a kid--my grandparents sold it in their corner grocery store!

Oh I love Yoohoo! I was was tempted to buy some in the US last week.

For me happiness is getting into a UK12 today. Albeit it was a bit of a tight squeeze I'm sure in another 4 weeks I'll be able to wear them just fine.

Yeah--my childhood memory is of Yoohoo with a Dietz and Watson brand boloney sandwich and then those long rectangular ices that you squeeze up and eat as they melt that came in all flavors!
