Two things you are happy about today/

1. Quick road trip (just an hour each way) today gave us a chance to enjoy a lot of gorgeous trees.

2. 39 days til we head out on our holiday!

1. Pumpkin pancakes at IHOP.

2. I watched "The Great Pumpkin" and "The Nightmare Before Christmas" today.

1. I had a really long phone chat with dad today for his birthday. We had his birthday dinner over a week ago, and will go out to dinner with him again Friday, but it was nice to sit and talk for so long.

2. We also consider this to be Joey's birthday, since his actual hatch day is within a day or two either way. It just seemed fun to let him share a birthday with his grandpa. Hard to believe he is already 2!

More worried than Happy ...yes happy applied worried due to 3 copies of document (savings wife paying her self) were stuck to a clip when i came home and found..hoping they would let me send it...got it all ready for express overnight they have the actual business account statements where the money was coming out and going into...

1. When mom and dad come to visit Friday, they are bringing munchkins with them! JOY! Brax (2 next month) and Addie (almost 5 months) will be coming with.

2. I love how cozy this place feels now it is getting cooler and closer to cold weather.

1. My new hoodie arrived today. Love, love, love it!

2. We get to sleep in tomorrow. I love that we go in to work 1 1/2 hours later on Thursday.

1. I had a great visit with Brax and Addie today. They are such sweeties.

1. Now that we are in November, we can say we are going on holiday this month! Yay!

2. Made plans earlier to meet up with princesslemons (who used to post here) and her hubby V while we are in London. We had a great time with them last year.

3. Short road trip (1 hour) so we could go to our fave Indian place for lunch. The trees are still gorgeous, which made the trip even more fun.

1. 72 and sunny today. Gorgeous leaves everywhere.

2. I went 'Goodwilling' in the lost and found at work today while clearing it out. I found a great book, several shirts and sweatshirts for hubby, a top for me, adorable skull and crossbones slippers for my great nephew, and a few other things I can't remember. Clearing it out is like going to a charity shop, but for free.

1. Clean sheets. My fave night of the week is clean sheet night.

2. After not wearing my nose ring for over a year, I tested tonight and the hole is still there.

1. Filling the car less than an hour before gas went up 22 cents a gallon.

2. The housework I usually do on Friday was done last night so I will be spending a good bit of tomorrow relaxing.

1. Relaxing turned into being called in to work after I finished my shopping, but it was 4 hours of overtime so I didn't grumble much. Happy about the overtime.

2. Hubby made an amazing curry tonight. When he actually finds his way into the kitchen, great things happen. If I could just get him in there more often.
