It's not really baked, but I made Jiffy Cookies (chocolate peanut butter oatmeal no bake cookies).  I hadn't had them since I was in elementary school.   :)

I LOVE soda bread!  I make mine with raisins and caraway seeds (like my grandfather used to make it).

Brooklyn Blackout cake. A colleague is leaving us and she wanted a very chocolatey cake and this fit the bill!

Lemon drizzle cake.  For some reason, my cakes usually tend to turn out lovely nowadays, yet I end up burning the simplest things to make - i.e., magic cookie bars.

 ??? :)

ooo.. what are magic cookie bars??
I baked jam tarts this afternoon, should have divided the batch as I just went to grab one from the box...all gone.  dont put all your cookies in one basket, your family will demolish them!

Oatmeal raisin cookies for my husband because he's been working such long days and they're his favorite.

oh those look good! I've been thinking of making cupcakes...

I baked banana bread last night, but without chocolate chips.  It wasn't nearly as good as it would have been if I had chocolate chips...
