A small thing, not real baking... but I tossed cubed frozen bread in garlic puree, olive oil and lemon juice, then baked them.

Great croutons!

Angel Food Cupcakes.  After the thread about American Cake I was really craving cupcakes, but I am dieting, so I made Angel Food.  Less than 50 cals per cupcake.  Now...if only I didn't eat three at a time.  :)

I love love love to bake and just wish that good things weren't so high in fat and cals.  I could eat cakes and chocolate chip cookies all day long.

Mmm, maybe. I have a recipe for brownies that I'm well-known for, but it doesn't use chips. I'm toying with the idea of making mini cheesecakes...
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

This weekend I baked an Orange Pound Cake with Orange Buttercream icing from BBC Good Food Magazine. It was fantastic! really easy (but baking is super easy with a kitchenaid mixer...) My husband ate it in 2 days!!!
