I just made some peanut butter fudge.

I have a lemon drizzle cake in the oven...but...I grabbed the wrong flour jar so it's going to be a freaking lemon drizzle brick.

I never did make the Bailey's Irish Coffee muffins.  Instead I used up the buttermilk I had by making buttermilk muffins with white chocolate and milk chocolate chips and I made a small loaf of Irish soda bread.

The last thing I baked was Brownies made with Baileys Irish Creme, Guinness, and Irish Whiskey......they were good......and today I made a Coconut Custard Creme Pie with made from scratch pie crust!!!!!

Chocolate raspberry cupcakes for J's birthday tomorrow.  They look epically bad, but they taste yummy! 

And my boss, his is on Friday, so bringing the extra ones into work- and now I look like a am a suck up!  ;) ;D

We had a lovely bunch of strawberries from our back garden, so I made an Angel Food Cake to go with them.  Delish!
