Found the recipe through Pinterest yesterday. I typically make an apple pie whenever we have a house inspection, to make the house smell good, but I have leftover applesauce this time. No clue how it will turn out, but I'll be trying it tomorrow!

Pumpkin muffins!!  They were really good.  Before that, I made brie en croute with dried cranberries, cashews & brown sugar, and before that I made a coffee cheesecake.  And this weekend, I plan to make my own sausage rolls.

I love to bake, in case it isn't obvious.   ;)

Chicklet and I made brownies. I've never made them from scratch before as back in the States we usually made Ghirardelli's mix. They came out ok...but more cake like than I prefer. They still tasted yummy though  ;D

Just put a pumpkin pie in the oven. The weather today just screams for comfort food.

A Victoria Sponge as a birthday cake for my brother - only when we came to eat it (and couldn't cut it) I realised that I'd left the lining paper on the bottom of the top layer!! :-[  It tasted fine once you'd fished out the paper !! :D
