1.  Power surge in my house last night fried my TV, modem, Vonage, and kitchen lights despite having surge protectors.  So, I have replaced the modem, will be getting a new TV (as cheap as possible) today, Vonage is sending a new device, and I am calling an electrician to fix the kitchen lights.  All this after hours on the phone with various technical supports.  :(

2. Didn't sleep last night because I was dealing with issue #1 all night.
3. Feeling generally negative about life at the moment.  Seems everything just keeps going wrong and I can't get ahead.
4. 10 more days until DF arrives (that's the good thing).
5.  I just want to sit down and cry my eyes out, not that it will solve anything.  :\\\'(

I can totally relate to your #3 and #5, Dar.  But things are bound to get better.  It's good you have the visit from your DF to look forward to.

1. I've been busy at work  ALL WEEK!  Wooohooo!
2. It's f%$king raining AGAIN!
3. I will hopefully get to go home and get somewhat inebriated tonight.
4. We have a friend from San Diego visiting - so wonderful!!!
5. 8 sleeps until I leave on Holiday - to somewhere SUNNY!

1.  went to 2 very interesting meetings
2.  had lunch with an old friend
3.  my boss looked delicious today
4.  someone told me that i am 'a breath of fresh air'.
5.  Ben & Jerry's ice cream was half price in the shop, and i bought loads!

1. 20 days until I leave to see my parents and siblings
2. lots of tears today...I think the weather is partially responsible
3. not happy about my husband's work schedule
4. This week will be my 7th wedding anniversary
5. My daughter had the nicest little girl come to play and have tea with us after school.

1. Just happy it's finally the weekend.
2. Got a calculus test today that I'm pretty sure I'm going to fail, but at least it will be over.
3. DH has gotten a wild hair and is doing some serious organizing at home - I ain't complaining!
4. DH cooking stir-fry tonight!
5. Got pearls for my anniversary.

1. Another rainy day in Coventy causing a bit of the blues
2. Waiting for our mortgage offer anyday and today there's a postal strike  ::)
3. Husband working nights this weekend so he'll spend the entire day sleeping
4. 12 days till I take the boys to the USA to visit the 'Beast'  :\\\'(
5. Get to see American Fox while I'm there  ;D

1.  Worked very late last night and then was in early this morning.  F@&King job!
2.  Feeling especially fat today.
3.  My weekend is looking very busy and that's a good thing.
4.  Its FRIDAY!!!!

1) Ha!  Company left this morning!  Love my in-laws to pieces, but you know that feeling of relief when you've had house guests for awhile & then you have the house back to yourselves again!

2) Took a long Lush bubble bath - Blue Skies & Fluffy White Clouds bubble bar slice (1/2 of one 'cos they're huge!).

3) Planning to either nap, watch a DVD film, or both this afternoon.

4) Looking forward to getting stuck in alone with DH for what remains of summer - seems like we've been on the go (all fun stuff though!) from one place to another since Easter, and then most recently having house guests.

5) The word for the weekend is RELAX!!!  (And we might do a walk tomorrow if the weather turns nice.)

1.  The sun is shining (almost) and it isn't raining.

2.  Had a vision test today and my eyesight has vastly improved! 

3.  Going over to my friends for the afternoon.

4.  The in-laws are coming up to stay this weekend.

5.  I'm working all weekend, which is good due to number 4!

1. I'm babysitting for 12-14 hours again today.

2. I have two papers due by 11:55pm tonight, neither of which I've started

3. I cannot wait to sleep in tomorrow.

4. I am having some serious chocolate cravings, and the people I'm working for have no chocolate in their house.  :o   :-X 

5. I bought my parking pass, and registered for classes and am getting excited about classes starting!!

I agree, my kind of Friday. Sounds like you work with some great people, not to mention the delicious boss.  ;D
