Thanks to the Pass the Parcel, I have had this.  It is good.  (Thanks Jimbo... and Mrs. Jimbo, who wouldn't let him have it so it went in the first round of the parcel!)  I've found that (insert store brand) lightly salted tortilla chips are usually pretty good these days.  In the early days, I struggled to find acceptable tortilla chips, but now there are plenty of options.

  I have resumed mourning the lose of the Queso!  It was actually in my hands but managed to slip away...

I'll be eating all the American food this week. I'm in North Carolina until the 14th.

Today was delicious American bacon, amazing burgers, chili cheese dogs, fried chicken.

Tomorrow... I'm thinking biscuits and gravy with shredded hash browns.

I ended up with Mexican last night and a proper bbq dinner for lunch today. Brisket, fried chicken, macaroni cheese and bbq beans from The Pit in Raleigh.

And I had more fried chicken for dinner from the grocery store deli along with mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni cheese, yeast roll and corn bread.

Hydrox cookies.  They occasionally have them in stock Amazon in the US, but they get gobbled up quickly by all the fans.  I would order some if I could hit that window and have them waiting for me when I get to the US. Way better than Oreos!
