I finally managed to get a job interview finally after two months...woohoo

Congrats Josy! I hope the interview goes well.

And Jamie, yay for heartbeats and gender checks.

I'm sending out my CV to various places, but no real response so far. I may have to just suck it up and plan to move over without a job, hoping that it'll be easier to find one once I'm there. That still makes me a bit squeamish, though (since, while I have family there, I'll still be on my own for the most part and will have to come up with a way to pay the bills regardless of job status).

Not much else going on with me....counting the hours until I head over to London, though! I still need to work on packing (need to see how much of my life I can fit into 2 suitcases), finish up cleaning my house (so that it can go on the rental market), and figure out what I want to see when I'm there.

Sorry guys it was a rough day...Yes it was twins but they didn't grow past the 6 week point and I would have been 10 weeks so I am laying in bed all day.
I did go out and get totally pissed and laughed with friends as I needed that yesterday more then I realized.

On a happy note Kevin will be here in 6 days and we are just being positive and everything happens for a reason but boy was I glad I didn't advertise this on facebook or tell the world.

Yep wedding still on as we knew we wanted to get married but it just got moved up but while we have everything ready why would we not.  He is my rock and nothing makes me happier then to know we get to start our lives in 2 weeks.

Hi ladies...it's been a while since I posted, so wanted to provide an update.

Jenn, I am so sorry.  I agree with the everyone's sentiments that you are handling this is such a positive way...congrats on the moved up wedding date!

So, This Sunday is the big day...I can't believe it's here.  We are getting married!  YAY!  The time really did go quickly.  Today is my last day at work.  The wedding is this weekend and then we are off to Jamaica Monday until Saturday.  Monday after we return, my husband (sounds so neat to say that) will return home. 

I will start the visa process therafter.  I have all most my docs in order and should be doing the app, biometrics and sending them off the 1st 2 weeks of December.  Our plan is to get an expeditor.  My move date is still scheduled for month end January.

I hope all of you are doing well.  I am sure once this wedding is over and I am in full on visa mode, I will be on here more. 

Lots of weddings going on! That's very exciting, Cella. I hope you have a great wedding day and trip to Jamaica (sounds nice and warm).

London tomorrow for me!!! I think I'm ready to go, just need to drop my dog off with friends, re-pack (gotta go buy space bags, my big suitcase is only 25lbs so I need to cram more in there!), and make sure the kitties will survive the week on their own.
