I don't either, but actually, country music is the genre that sells the most in the US.

Yeah, I've heard that and never fails to baffle me! I believe it, but it's still an odd statistic. I guess living in the northeast gave me a slightly biased view.

Pleeeeeease, no spoilers until after it airs in the UK!! I read this just before watching it here and it sort of ruined things for me. 

We always had that informal rule around here, Chigirl. So if you didn't know, I'm sorry! But next week, please don't divulge any results until we've had a chance to watch the show.

Doesn't it air on Friday Nights in the UK?  I thought by the time I posted it had gone off.  So sorry.  We should establish a time that we can start posting.  An OFFICIAL time.  BTW, I'm in the Central time zone.

We get the singing shows on Thursday in the UK.

The results are 9-10PM on Friday.  So I think it's safe to discuss things at 5PM Eastern time   (6PM till 29 March when we change our clocks back)

I always find out the results by accident.  This week Gmail had the two going out in the web clips.  I don't mind though

Actually, until March 29th, we're only 5 hours behind them since our clocks already went forward and theirs haven't. So until after the 29th, we can't post anything until after 5:00PM Central, 6:00PM Eastern on Fridays.

Ack!  You're making my head spin!!  Too much math!  I think I'll just wait until it's midnight in the UK and be done with it.

Can I at least say I'm happy with the results? I just watched them this morning. It was a bit harsh when they rejected her again, though! lol Yoiks!

All I can say is that I don't understand the Megan thing.  I know she was sick this week, but to me she always sounds that bad.  She is officially my Sanjaya.  I wasn't digging Adam this week.  I think right now I would be happy if Lil, Danny, Allison, and Matt were to win. 

Allison being in the bottom 3 was a bit of a shock. I voted for her.

I wasn't really upset with who went home. She wasn't ever going to win anyway IMO.

I'm really not liking Adam.

I'm starting to think my lack of interest in this season isn't a passing thing.  Both episodes from this week are sitting on the DVR, unwatched.  I just don't care about any of them.

I don't love any of them, but frankly rarely do. I watch for the Paula-isms and to have something to yell at on the TV.

I don't *mind* Megan but I can take or leave her. Adam needs to stop. Now. He is NOT goth and never will be. And his wannabe goth take on Burning Ring of Fire was lame, lame, lame. I got the feeling he thinks he's the first male busting the guyliner who's ever thought to cover a country song.

See I don't mind Adam. If you close your eyes, I still think he's got one of the best voices. And I don't think he's after being goth - he's after being that Fall Out Boy guy - sorry only had one cup of coffee so far and can't think of his name....

And I really like Megan, but then that's probably not a surprise as I tend to grab on to whoever shows even a tiny bit of quirkiness - it's the only way I can stomach these shows.
