So, OK.
Lil: boring. She SHOULD be good AND how can she be so young? I thought she was one of the oldest.
Scott: Bad. Just really, really bad. REEAAALLY bad.
Danny: I'm not just meh, about him. I hate him. LOATHE him in fact. Just want to smack his smug face.
Kris: Cute, but what a crap song choice.
Allison: Love her, love her voice but WHAT was she wearing?
Anoop: Go home, Frat Boy.
Adam: Um, so anyway. Do not loathe him anymore. Best song choice of the night and he sounded awesome. PLUS, that thing with Bill O'Reilly trying to out him
made me like him more. http://tv.popcrunch.com/bill-oreilly-adam-lambert-gay-pictures-hurt-american-idol-chances-video/
Matt (Piano Boy): Liked him. But hated his song choice. LOVER. ARRRGGHHH.
The thing that bothered me the most is that so many of the song choices were songs I absolutely
abhor! How can I like someone who sings such awful songs (I'm talking to you, Matt)?!!?
I know I've already admitted my love for Adam (sorry Chary), but this week clinched it for me. I love that song. Love it. He did such an amazing job (although I would like to hear him do something without the falsetto, just once). As usual, I'm in complete agreement with Simon.
I'm really starting to feel sorry for Lil. She's got such a good voice, but it's clear she simply doesn't know what to do with it. I know that the contestants are the force behind how they arrange their songs, but you'd think someone at AI would throw her a bone and give her some pointers.
Oh, and I will be happy to get on the Allison Train if she'd stop wearing outfits that make her look like a St. Vinnie's exploded on her.
