My BIL has been having a hard time. His company went bankrupt, so he was made redundant along with all of the other employees and now he has had to put his beloved cat to sleep because she had fluid in her lungs and couldn't breathe (she was 16 years old). I feel so sorry for him.  :\\\'(

After being in the clear for 13 years, my 86 year old grandmother has breast cancer again.

I'm really sorry to hear your guys' news. ((Hugs))

uhh. My Granny had another CT scan and there's more bleeding on her brain so she has to have surgery tomorrow to relieve the pressure. And she's going to be wheelchair-bound now. :(

I had to email my post-BMT nurse just in case, to see if flying to the east coast is out of the question or not. Just in case, mind. But if things go badly tomorrow there won't be anyone on call who knows me to just ask a question like that. I'm hoping my asking it'll be a reverse Murphy's Law thing and it will prevent the worst from happening just by preparing for it.

And I haven't even started reconstructing her gown yet for the wedding. aaaahhhhhhhh.
