Meh.  Guess it was only a matter of time since the UK is full of every other type of American junk food / fast food place.

I'd definitely make a run for the border if it were around here!  :)

Although I thought I'd heard they tried it here before, and it didn't go well so it closed.

I'll admit it, I would to!

I think they did, but Mexican seems more popular now.  I miss the A&W and DD.

I would kill for a Dunk!  Okay, maybe not kill.  But definitely maim!

I'd hit a Taco Bell for nostalgia purposes, but I didn't eat there more than once a year back home, so it doesn't have the same attraction as, say, a Chick-Fil-A opening in Picadilly Circus.

Now if Chipotle or Baja Fresh would expand to Newcastle, that might be worth something.

Or Chope's, the best Mexican restaurant in New Mexico...

Baja Fresh...droool....
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Yes, I would be happier with either of those options! But, yeah, I'd totally hit a Taco Bell if there were one around. I'd probably regret it, too, but it would be hard to resist!

I'm feeling this, too, but having one inside a mall or shopping centre somewhere couldn't hurt too terribly much, could it? I guess it is a downward spiral, though. But my desire for Mexican Pizza weighs heavily on the plus side.  :P

I definitely don't eat much fast food -- american or otherwise.  But I will say that I was elated when we got wagamama in the US, and I hear there are Nando's there now, too.  Both vastly healthier than Taco Bell, but it's the same global sprawl thing.

My husband has pointed out many times that I am a giant hypocrite when it comes to my anti-chainification stance.  There are the chains I like and then there are the badevilawful ones.
