HUGE congrats to everyone who got their 'yes' today! Wishing/hoping/praying more of you get a yes before the end of the business day! Every 'yes' closer you all get, I get closer to my decision (hopefully a big fat YES and not a big fat TRY AGAIN!).

There's such an air of joviality today, that I feel the urge to start a GROUP HUG!

My visa has been issued! I might even get there in time for our wedding anniversary :)

Looks like this is gonna be the week for a lot of people. Congrats to everyone else whose wait is up now, and I've got my fingers crossed for everyone else still waiting.

Edited to add full timeline:
NY Consulate
Applied: Aug 13 (non priority)
Biometrics: Aug 16
Docs sent: Aug 17 (delivery confirmed Aug 19)
Visa issued: Oct 4
