Girls: Totally gone off Katie, she was too much of a drama queen.  I like Rebecca and the girl with the *ahem* big hair.  Can't remember her name.
Boys: Not bothered with any of them.
Groups: The two groups Simon put together.  I'm still putting my money on the boy band he chose to win it all.
Overs: Mary and anyone but Storm. Ugh, he's annoying.

Aright just got to watching it as I was busy watching UT lose last night ;-/

Girls:I really liked Cher's weirdness but I think that won't matter now...Katie =drama full of herself.  Rebecca, Gamu and Kerry are my top 3

Boys: I still like Matt, Paije and Karl (I have to say Karl b/c he is a friend of a friend and he has good voice but glossed over a bit).  I like Nicolo too but something isnt there for me. Aiden looks weird when he sings and I don't know if he will be able to get over that and "sing" to the crowd

Groups:Directions (such cute boys!), Reason and Bella Amie..yeah the 2 Simon put together seem to be ranking high with me

Over 28: I thought this category was joke the first few people where I actually laughed out loud.  I like Mary, Storm, and John....Not sure where Elesha came from and Jewlz you are right I thought Justin looked like an elf  ;D

I guess we will see tonight who makes it!

Ugh: Storm, Nicolo, Katie.  ::) Nicolo? Seriously?

Yay!: Rebecca, Aiden, Mary

WHAT?!: Paije, Kerri, Tracye, basically all the other girls getting tossed out instead of Katie, who isn't a very good singer and is a total drama queen, and Cher, who is kind of weird.  ::)

Sooo, who do you think will be first out?

I'd put money on Nicolo, I think, though I can always hope for Storm to make a quick exit! What do you guys think?

At least I called the over 28 group dead on!

No Gamu? but yes Katie and Cher?

I like Storm - he is totally weird but like him!

I am super happy Matt made it!

First out? I will hope for Katie or FYD

First out will be Storm. Then the other older person that isn't Mary and then *finally* annoying as heck Katie.  I predict.

I cannot believe Cheryl passed over Gamu and Keri for Katie.  I'm not surprised that she chose Cher, though.  Still, I think she's shot herself in the foot.  Rebecca is her only reasonable chance of winning now.

My favourite is Mary.  I'm soooo glad Louis showed some sense and put her through.  Wouldn't it be great if she won?  I don't normally vote in these shows until the finals, but I may vote for her.

Seriously?! Annoying drama queen, can't perform live no range Katie over Gamu?!

Yay Painter, Aiden Boo Nicolo!

Boo Storm!

Yay belle ami and FYD, boo everyone else. Can't believe Simon put through the two groups he put together and passed up princes and rogues for collection of baby faced whiners!

Boo X-factor 2010. Painter guy to win! :)

I've heard they all get to pick a wild card next week.
So let's wait and see.
Your fav's may be in it yet!

Ooooh.... intriguing!

Yeah, I think Gamu should have gone through, I was pretty shocked that she didn't. I actually like John (the other over 28 who isn't Storm or Mary) but I agree he may be one of the first to go.  :-\\\\ I guess Cheryl picked Katie and Cher because they were different and she thought people would vote for them, but I really think Gamu and/or Keri would have been much better choices. Anyway, either of them is far more unique than wannabe Katie.  ::)

I'm still upset Danni chose Nicolo over Paije. Paije had a much better voice, and would have been a refreshing change from the usual contestants in the boys category.  >:(

Girls:
Katie - I still really like her. She's not a "plant" - she's just a girl who got lucky and got a record contract. After all, they've all been trying to hit it big, so it's not suprising that every now and then they get a contestant who's had a bite. She's a bit dramatic, but I don't mind it too much.
Cher - Cannot stand her and her stupid face. But I think she'll do well.
Rebecca - I see the Norah Jones comparison, but I hate Norah Jones's voice, so I'm not the least bit interested in listening to Rebecca. Boooo-ring.

Boys:
Aiden - Adore him. He has to win. I love his twitchiness!!
Matt - He's very good but a little dull for me. Still he'll do really well.
Nicolo - WTF?? Big mistake on Dannii's part.

Over 28s:
Mary - She's great. She won't win, but she'll do well. I don't think anyone could possibly dislike her.
Storm - I thought I couldn't hate him more ... and then I saw the new red hair. God, he's absolutely loathesome.
John - I have no idea who he is. I have no recollection of seeing or hearing him perform. He's the first to go. No question.

Groups:
New Direction - Cute but meh. But I'm not really a boy band fan.
FYD - Ditto
Belle Ami - Cute but meh. But I'm not really a girl band fan. Having said that, they're the only group I have any memory of, so I suppose that makes them better than the other two in my book. They definitely outperformed Husstle (my previous fave) at Louis's "home".

First to go: John. Who?

If there's a wildcard, I think it will/should be Gamu. She was good.

So all 20 rejects will come back this week, and the judges will each pick one from his/her category to face the public vote. The top vote getter will be the wildcard and will join the Top 12. Rumour has it that Gamu is not Cheryl's pick. And that may or may not be to do with an immigration issue.

DH has some STRONG opinions on this...It's rigged....The girls were hard to pick from yet none of the better ones got thru - she picked ones she won't win with...Over 28's they wont win anyway...Boys..they passed a few good ones as well but the girls were stronger.
AND Hummmm Simon made 2 bands? Hummm Simon got groups to judge? Hummmm and both of his bands made it thru?

He also said with girls allowed on break and not lots of boy bands out now its a show down.  they do this on purpose so the "people" have to vote since the better ones are gone.  Its a group winning year as single artists have already done it

I tend to agree with his thinking but funny to listen to ramble on last night over this

I don't know about that. I think winning means less now than it did when these programmes first started. Now, if you finish strong you'll get a record deal and you'll be successful, regardless of whether you win or not. Look at JLS, for instance.
