I am making pulled beef (instead of pork, for a change!) in the crock pot.  Still have some of my homemade BBQ sauce in the freezer too.

Only slight prob - asked DH to pick up a hunk of beef at the butchers on Saturday, enough to fill the crock pot (figuring on leftovers to freeze, etc)...and he got a piece that's about 1/3 the capacity of the crock pot.  And I have one of the smaller crock pots!  :(

If you want something done right...  :-X

Silly DH as I was going to say- I know where I'm having my tea!!!  ;) ;)

Lol!  It's looking & smelling good - it's a piece of brisket.  I just shredded it & put it back into the juices, have yet to add in the BBQ sauce.  :)

Congrats Bmore and Persephone! ;D

DH made kung pao lamb and rice, found in a recipe book. It was ace! :D We both would've liked a bit less chilies, but, it was still great! :D
