We were supposed to have a sunday roast, but DF forgot to defrost the beef ( >:(), so put some chicken in a teriyaki-esque marinade and made it with rice and green beans. I love green beans.

We had chicken in Nando's sweet chilli sauce, mashed potatoes and corn.

Sainsburys Taste the Difference Sicilian-style sausages (just like Italian sausage back in the US!) & peppers & onions & tomatoes (tinned) thing-sauce over pasta.  :)

It is good!  I was just thinking I need to make it again very soon.

It was meat night for hubby so he had steak and sauteed veggies, I had pasta, veggie sausage pieces and loads of spinach (it cooks down to nothing!) in a tomato sauce.

I do! Here you go, only I used goat's milk yogurt instead of greek yogurt and I used roti's instead of tortillas. The marinade (x24 hours) made the lamb so tender!

I made enchiladas with leftover pulled pork from the freezer and a can of red enchilada sauce I brought back from the US. Topped with avocado, fresh tomatoes, and sour cream. They were wonderful. ;D Also had sauteed zucchini and carrots.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I had a salt beef sandwich from brass rail in selfridges, and then had half a small pinkberry with Captain Crunch topping...I know, I know, but it's been a bad few days, I haven't really eaten and I wanted something comforting :)
