Last night, got the first of my tatties - absolutely gorgeous
So last night, I made turkey burgers and the rest was allotment veg: boiled tatties/purple topped turnip with parsley butter and salad greens

Tonight, veggie mung bean curry and rice - hurry up, its late and I'm starving!

I'm jealous of all your veggies, PB!

Tonight I made quesadillas filled with sauteed onion, tomato, coriander, and cheddar, and a tray of roasted carrots, beetroot, and zucchini.

I tried to make a vegan guacamole pizza. Found the recipe online and it looked fab but what disaster! Boo!

Pasta with wild mushroom and garlic cream sauce, garlic bread...maybe I should add a salad! Going to be carb overload tonight. DH and the chicklet love the sauce though and I only make it once in awhile as its not very healthy for you but ever so yummy! ;D

Roasted veggie lasagna AND regular lasagna. There are people in the house who won't eat the veggie one, but mom has been interested in having it since the first time I mentioned making it.

What is 'campfire' stew?

It's probably just something that everyone else would call a chili, lol  - but it's not spicy - , but it's usually mince or stewing beef, beans, tomatoes, ketchup/passata/tomato puree/bbq sauce depending on what's about, corn, carrots, celery, etc- all cooked together- so could easily be veggie without the mince or with soya mince,  usually made in a dutch oven, cooked over a campfire with the coals on the top of the dutch oven.

Black chickpea curry in the slow cooker with rice and sauteed cabbage on the side.

I'm coming down Courtney! Be there in a few hours, if I can get a flight  ;)

Yeah, I could do this with soy mince.  I think the bbq sauce part of it is going to make it something different from a chili.  Sounds good!
