I promised the boy chicken enchiladas (lots of fresh jalapenos , chipotle gravy) and queso for our anniversary, but I, of course was late home from work :/  So I'm making them tonight.

Grilled vegetable (leftover from last night) and mozzarella paninis.

Last night we had marinated grilled chicken, grilled vegetable skewers, and new potato salad. DH is becoming quite the grillmaster!  :)

If you were closer, I would share!
:)

Tonight I was feeling a bit sick to my stomach.  :-\\\\ Had buttered noodles and some broth with napa cabbage and carrots in it.

My brother is making a 13 bean chili. It sounds interesting.

Rustic Italian Tortillini soup...It's a vegetable soup...So not sure what to put on the side? Maybe just a piece of garlic bread?

Sounds good!

For the first time in ages I've made my very veggie chilli.  Last night hubby made super yummy Thai green curry.

Yummm!

Today I defrosted some sausages and informed DH that he will be making Toad in the Hole for dinner. ;)

Yum to both!

Made myself homemade fish fingers, roasted potatoes and tomato/cucumber salad.  I wanted comfort food.

We went to check out the new flat crossed the road and went to Thai Sqaure, was  lovely, had a monkfish green curry and some beef penang which was just an amzing seared steak in a penang sauce on a bed of veggies, pad thai and rice on the side.

Was lovely, but I NEED to eat a meal at home! Ridiculous but everything is packed or everywhere at the moment :/
