I forgot, take cooking and language courses.  I'd love to make lots of good food and then take it to homeless shelters and feed hungry people.

I'd love to learn to speak as many languages as possible too because I think learning a new language just opens up whole new worlds!

I don't want HUGE houses.  A 2bed/2bath flat near my in-laws in Oughtibridge, a 3bed/2bath home with a mother-in-law cottage near my family in the states.  I just want comfortable and cozy with room for my loved ones.

I would love to take my grandchildren, one at a time, to visit my favorite bits of Britain.

I'd invest in the music department of my hometown high school.  It has been such a positive influence in so many young lives but, sadly, it gets the crumbs leftover from the athletics department.

If I didn't have to work for an income I would volunteer my time to help the elderly.  Lonely forgotten people with no voice and no one to listen to them or speak up for them.  I love old people and the stories they have to tell.  They are too often ignored.

I'd give a chunk of $ to each of my kids, my siblings and my best friend, enough to share with their families.

And I'm sure I'll think of more.   :)

I would have all of my shoes custom made. I have narrow, flat feet that are two different sizes, and I would love to have a closet full of shoes that fit perfectly.

- Have a flat in London, and probably various other places...all with hardwood floors, dishwashers, bay windows (love them!), maybe fireplaces

- Get horses! Lots of horses, plus staff to do stuff for them when I'm feeling lazy (or the weather's gross). I'd take at least one riding lesson a day (when not lazy/gross weather) and compete a bunch.

- Buy tons and tons of books. Have at least one room in my flat/house devoted to reading.

- Donate to charity - probably animal shelters, but possibly other causes as well.

- Get a masters degree (or two). (May do this anyway...at least one.)

- Work on my online projects, just to have the fun of seeing them complete (since income's not an issue).

- Travel a bunch.

I would have laser hair removal pretty much everywhere - I'd keep the hair on top of my head, eyebrows (well, most of them - clean them up a bit), eyelashes, and a neat thatch down bellow so there's never any doubt I'm on the correct side of puberty and every single stinking other hair would be gone! zap zap zap! No more beard, no more mustache, no more chest hair or hairy tootsies or feeling insecure about how dark my arm hair is. All gone. No more waxing, no more shaving, no more plucking, no more ingrown hairs as a result of the waxing/shaving/plucking. It'd hurt like all get out, I'm sure, but so worth it.

Excuse me while I revel in this fantasy for a while.

I'd forgotten this stuff. I'd do the same, along with getting acne removal done on my back. There isn't much now, but, the scars are a pain. I don't wear backless or revealing clothing because of it. Not that I would, really, since I'm not skinny in the least, but, still, it would be nice to be able to have a choice/option.

Thanks for the reminder!  I'd probably have a bust reduction too.

This thread made me smile so many times :)
I would pay off all my debt, and all my sibs' debt as well.  I would fund all my kids and nieces/nephews college educations.

I would quit my job and do it in an underserved population in between my travel adventures.

I would bring my whole family to Fiji for a wild scuba diving adventure.  And then I would island hop through the South Pacific until I couldn't stand it anymore.

I love the idea of having a house in all my favorite places - San Francisco, Paris, NYC, the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland, New Zealand, with clothes there, so I never have to schlep big bags (or ski equipment) anywhere.

I'd hire a sous chef so I could keep cooking, but let someone else do the drudgery and clean up, and I could just do the fun part.

I'd see an NFL game in every stadium in the US.

I'd meet the Dalai Lama.

I'd study comparative religion and do yoga everyday.

I'd make it my life quest to find the world's perfect beach.

Let's just make sure we hit Lambeau, Soldier, Gillette, etc in the summer!
