I'm reading Rebecca for my April book club meeting. It's a re-read for me, but one I'm more than happy to do as it's one of my all-time favourites.

"My Sister's Keeper". I love it...almost done. Then I have "The Mercy of Thin Air" next on my list.

I'm trying to finish The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen so I can read the new Don DeLillo book, Falling Man, before it comes out, but I'm swamped with reading about library management and electronic short loan. :-\\\\

I'm reading Edith Whartons's  House of Mirth. It's not the cheeriest of books, as one might suspect from its title.

LOL! I love Edith Wharton. Actually, my favourite of hers is Ethan Frome which is very different from her usual writing - i.e., not about upper-class families in New York.

I'm also reading The House of Mirth right now - only a few more chapters to go. I'm really loving it....Lily is such a great character. I don't know if I want to applaud her or wring her neck.

I'm reading The Best of Saki by Saki (H.H. Munro) to tie in with this upcoming BBC programme which I'm really excited about!  The Edwardians rock!  ;D

I'm just starting Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult. It's about a school shooting in New Hampshire. I only managed to get through a few pages so far though.

The Girls by Lori Lansens. It's a fictional account of conjoined twin sisters, one of whom decides to write her autobiography. I'm only about 50 pages in, but so far it's fascinating!

(MrsPink: It's set in Canada in the '70s, so I thought you might be interested!)  :)
