He is!  Can't stand that kid.

Do you think there's something potentially brewing between Carmel & Ian?  I don't think the writers/decision makers would be able to resist cobbling together an unlikely romance, when they really should just leave it as a realistic scenario of neighbours with a shared grief experience.

I hope not! I actually like both characters but I much prefer Ian solo (or in his new double act with Masood!) and Carmel could just do so much better than him!

They don't do subtle very well though so I wouldn't be at all surprised!

Ughhh… i'm not enjoying the double-act with Masood.

I think I'd kind of like to see Masood and Kathy get together.  If it's on the cards, I'm glad that they're drawing it out and making it happen sort of gradually.  As you said, they're not good at subtlety, and they're also not good at letting relationships grow naturally.  I've seen it happen many times over the years, but more recently Tiffany and Bernadette.  They seemed to meet and become besties in like, 1 day.  Maybe times have changed, but when I was a teen, there is no way that a chick who was as shallow, full of herself and as obsessed with looks, image, etc as Tiff is would even dream of becoming friends with a fat thicko with bad clothes like Bernie.

Yeah, Tiff and Bernie, how did that even happen?  ;D. But strangely, I love it!

I just can't stand Kathy, ever since she came back. I don't remember the acting being so truly awful before (maybe it was) but she is just so wooden. I find her painful to watch so the less screen time they give her, the better I like it!

Desperately hoping that they are going to change their minds and bring Vincent back...

Yeah, she's pretty bad.  And the whole faking-her-own-death-for-years thing.  Please.

RIP Leslie Grantham.

I'm gutted.  I know he had his faults and vices, but I liked him as Den.
And dang... I thought he was pretty good lookin' back in 1986!  :o

Ian- If I let a woman not being interested get in my way, I’d never have got married!   Heehee!  ;D ;D ;D

Really not sure where they are going with this 'catch a molester' story though?

OMG -- I have completely had enough of this vigilante story, and of Stuart Highway, full stop.

Apparently there's been a summer trailer running that makes EE look like there's some exciting stuff coming up, but I keep missing it.
