Lower down the shelf you get, the least likely they are to be played. My OCD was killing me though as didn't have the space (and they are all different sizes) to order them the way I'd really like to so had to do some type of hybrid organisation.

That is the most logical way of organizing!  The most-used stuff should be the most accessible.  Tell your OCD to bite you.  :P
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

haha it was more that trying to do it alphabetical would make gaps REALLY awkward and would make the smaller card games fit strangely and take up WAY more space than necessary!

JF thought of you with this

Aww, it's an hour away from me.  Since it's a pop-up event, maybe they'll rotate the location and one will be nearer in the future.  I also wonder if I could get my husband to go!  :P

Yeah I had no clue how close/far away from you it was but thought of you as I thought they might have some games that you could try out to see if any are up your alley :)

If I had a car, or if I thought my husband would go willingly, I'd check it out.  But it's too far to coerce him to go to.

I'm about two-thirds of the way to Carmarthen from Swansea (closer to Carmarthen).

hahahaha to me, there's Cardiff, Swansea, Newport (where my SIL lives) and then just the rest of Wales that I can't even begin to pretend to pronounce. That's about it. hahaha

Where I lived in the US, the distance the games meetup is from my house is less than the distance I would typically drive for a day of shopping, going to a film, and/or dining out.  Why, then, does it sound like it's much too far for me to go to unless it's vital?

Because you would have to change out of your jammies.  One should ALWAYS avoid changing out of their jammies.

Because an hour on a straight, multiple lane, wide easy road is simple, and an hour on a windy, narrow and/or single track road is hell.
I've never gotten food on my underpants!
