Well, this is exciting... when does her flight arrive?  How much longer 'til we don't get to hear from you for a while because you'll be distracted by more important things?
I am guessing her flight must have arrived, or something... :)  It's been almost an hour since the last update.  Yay!

I can add one thing to the list of recommended ways to not spend your wait. Sitting in the ER ruling in/out appendicitis. Had to leave work early and been here ever since. *sigh* I tried urgent care first hoping to avoid the expense, but they said "sorry you really should go." I am looking forward to not being afraid of the cost of ER trips!

Sounds good!  :D  Piccy time?

The new grass seeds sprouting!  There was a gap that needed to be filled between the edging and existing grass (well, seeded in April).  I'm impressed that it took in 6 days!

Beautiful!   :D
When I did mine, it took ages and the birds kept eating it and they laughed at my scarecrows, (plastic bags on canes) it was very stressful!

A LOT of the last try was eaten by birds.  There are a lot of VERY fat happy pidgeons hanging out near my house this summer!

We have the opposite problem... grass (weeds) spreading across and spilling over the border into the path.  In fact, the lawn is mostly weeds.  We mow it as if it's a lawn, and I pull weeds when the weather permits.  But I'm trying to be judicious about it so it still looks green throughout the transition from weed patch to lawn.if I got everything at once, we'd just have a muddy pit.
