Wonderful Sunday with my wife... we worked out at the Leisure Center... had bacon buddies for brunch... she gave me a relaxing/healing full body massage... we worked in our garden... and she prepared us a delicious roast dinner... finishing off our day enjoying pudding and a Spanish film series... the perfect day ❤

I was here thinking "bacon is my buddy" ;) but I also knew what she was talking about. I think my favorite part of a transatlantic relationship is the things that sometimes get lost in translation, like when I accidentally suggested my husband wear female undergarments (suspenders).

I get eyebrow raises when I talk about my "pants." We started a list awhile ago. Braces/suspenders were on it!

I decided to try my hand at knitting again, inspired by this thread. It'll take a while, but this is my work in progress on a baby blanket (lion brand ice cream yarn, checkerboard blanket pattern)

LOL ... I don't have that kind of skill! This is pretty uneven but I'm hoping when I wash it it'll even out a bit! Not bad for first knitted thing in ~10 years.
