Unfortunately, none of that worked. Cleared the cache/cookies on all the different devices and browsers I’ve tried to access the site with and still says the same thing after many tries. Ugh! Can’t find a phone number for them but did send an email. Hoping this can get resolved as I know people have had issues with return labels purchased from UPS directly.

I think it only allows you to use you gwf# once, did you make the purchase? If not look for the link in the biometrics page, paste this and then I think the option is to track status, right hand corner and see if you can edit at that point, also just an fyi. If you package is over 2 lbs. They will still accept it the label is already paid for.

Good luck to all still waiting. I'm hoping this new process through NY gets the kinks worked out before I apply in March. In theory it should help smooth things out. In reality it is a government agency that is known to muck things up :(
NYC is a mess, I actively watch in another group and 2 members in that group documents have been misplaced and Sheffield has emailed them to send supporting docs to the Sheffield location. There is nobody to call and nobody to talk too. I think the service is really poor after we all pay 4k, in my case more than that because its 3 of us.

Now I'm worried...Sigh

That was my concern from the start, there are just too many moving parts in this new system. The good news though is that Sheffield are asking for the missing documents.  Try to hang on to that.

Honestly I am now glad that I sent copies, our originals are in London so if anything hubbs can mail them out. But what happen to these ppl passports. I sent 8 passports...(I really hope they get it together.) The kinks should have already been worked out.

When Sheffield ask for additional information, they almost always just ask for it to be emailed to them so he wouldn't need to send the originals even then.
It's terrible that it's all such a mess but I'm not the least bit surprised.

Right?

I'm presuming it's just to bring the system more in line with the parts of the world that have been scanning for some time now.

They showed a screenshot of the letter and Sheffield is asking for the packages to be mailed and gave the address. It's a mess. Plus nobody from NYC has been approved as yet it seems. It's unfair we paid for priority and doesnt even feel like we are getting that service really.

Big hugs.

Here’s where I think a huge part of the problem lies:  they are now having us send everything to a third party scanning hub in NYC. They are likely sending EVERYTHING.   And a lot of people send everything plus the kitchen sink.  So until they solve that - timelines will likely be slow.

Your visa WILL be processed and you WILL get your visas.  Just keep up that mantra.

Hi kelks - panic over! I did one final cookie/cache clearance on all my devices/browsers and was able to purchase the labels last night. My docs only weigh 1.5 lbs but good to know it’s not really an issue anyway.
Now just struggling with deciding which day to ship - Monday after biometrics appointment or Friday after Thanksgiving? I know it’s next day shipping but you never know with UPS. I don’t like the idea of my stuff floating around over the holiday. Decisions decisions ....

My package is almost 6 lbs (that's alot of paper). I'm praying for my paper getting the proper treatment it deserves

Its madness, they probably should have done a sample group and then work the kinks out and slowly rolled it out.

Well I'm in a semi panic mood, my package was suppose to be delivered today and because of the storm. Its stuck in a New Jersey. ... I'm hoping it still gets there on time, as they might not do any delivery tomorrow. So my package is in the back of a truck somewhere in New Jersey.

Watch the weather when you are deciding to ship.

Yeah, they certainly didn't think things all the way through. Regularly on other forums people talk about sending 1,000 pages of chat history and 300 photos....

Oh no! Thanks for the reminder. We forget all about weather here in So Cal. I believe as long as you shipped within the 5 day window you’re ok. I don’t think they have to receive within 5 days. I mean we can’t control what happens to our package in transit. Anyway, I’m sending some good weather vibes from California in hopes your package gets a move on to New York! It’ll happen just try not to worry
