Just adding my timeline on here...Finally I'm apart of the crew . I am also part of the New York mess and I sent photocopies. Now the waiting begins. My estimated 30BD is December 28th (let's see how this plays out). I really wouldn't mind getting there for Christmas.

Hope you join soon. It's such a relief. Took me 9 months to get everything together. This application process is no joke and I have dependents one of which dont belong to my husband. I'm just happy to be waiting

Hello comrades!  Happy to join all you fine people in this completely crazy and baffling process! It's been over a year in the making and of course, just when I felt confident that I knew what I was doing they go and change everything - lol.

Did anyone else have a problem with the VFS website? I was able to purchase the priority processing and thought I could go back on later and purchase the shipping, but now every time I try to sign on it says I'm already signed on and there is no way to navigate to any other page. Guess I'll just have to get labels directly from UPS.

It's always something with this process!  Best of luck to you all. Hope we start to see some approvals really soon.

Clear your browsers cache & cookies (this should log you out), close all browser windows and then reopen them. If that doesn't work you may want to try a different browser, and if that still doesn't work call VFS. Their site has been super buggy since the change.

Good luck to all still waiting. I'm hoping this new process through NY gets the kinks worked out before I apply in March. In theory it should help smooth things out. In reality it is a government agency that is known to muck things up

Clear your browsers cache & cookies (this should log you out), close all browser windows and then reopen them. If that doesn't work you may want to try a different browser, and if that still doesn't work call VFS. Their site has been super buggy since the change.

Unfortunately, none of that worked. Cleared the cache/cookies on all the different devices and browsers I’ve tried to access the site with and still says the same thing after many tries. Ugh! Can’t find a phone number for them but did send an email. Hoping this can get resolved as I know people have had issues with return labels purchased from UPS directly.

Hopefully so! It looks as if it will become a digital service (eventually!) and the only thing you will end up sending is your passport to get the visa applied to it.

Looks like we survived another week of waiting. haha. Have a great weekend all - at least we don't have to constantly check our emails on the weekends
