Ok, so maybe my earlier post got lost in the void lol.

I'm literally stuck at work right now having an anxiety attack over my application.

I got the dreaded request for additional information email last week.

They needed:

My bank statements
My pay slips
My passport copy
Appendix 2

As I sent the originals and copies to NY because the instructions were unclear I had to get replacements.

I am really nervous about the bank statements... the originals are still at the scan hub. I got the bank to print me off the statements again but there was about 60-70 pages. I downloaded the pdf files of my statements from my internet bank. I sent these in with the letter the bank manager gave me stating authenticity. Will I be ok?

The pdfs are obviously identical to the printouts from the bank.

Please someone put my mind at rest. I've never been so stressed and nervous :'(

You will be okay.  The great news is that everyone has been hearing back really quickly after providing the missing documentation.  Hopefully you guys will be together by the weekend!  :)

Hi there!

Congratulations to everyone who's had good news and everyone still waiting... hang in there....

I have another couple of questions...

1. As they only requested the 4 documents in the email, can I assume that the rest of the documents were received, present and correct?

2. I'm really nervous about them calculating my financial requirement. I am non salaried and paid by the hour weekly so that means they take an average right? I made a note on appendix 2 next to the category A tick box, also made a note at the end of appendix 2 and it also clearly states non salaried on my employment cover letter. Can I be confident that they'll get it right?

I'm sorry to keep on but I'm still tearing my hair out over this. I haven't slept well for weeks. This really has been an ordeal...

That should be the case.

As long as you stated explicitly in your application and employer letter that you are non-salaried, then they should get it right.

Seriously, please stop worrying. The best thing to do right now is to stay clear of the forum and concentrate on something else, because focusing on things you cannot change now is only going to stress you out unnecessarily.

Go do some fun Christmas/holiday things instead :).

Well, I broke down and bought an e-mail today....  >:(
Today marks 24 WD's and I've not received any correspondence from UKVI or Sheffield. I just asked them to confirm that my application was indeed received and that it's under review as priority. I'll let y'all know what I hear back. I also checked the tracking for my return package and nothing..

Congrats to all those that have got good news!! You're keeping hope alive in the rest of us! :-)

The inquiry service is faster than the ECO...you should wake up to an email. I haven't heard anything either but tomorrow is another day. I'm actually good on the weekend until Monday comes and I am once again filled with anxiety.

My hubby was a little disappointed today hes hoping we will be there for our daughter 3rd bday, buy I told him we would still be waiting if it did take 60WDS.

Howdy folks.

Received our 'decision e-mail' today. Hopefully the package will arrive back with my good lady tomorrow or the day after when I actually arrive in Minnesota from Christmas.

Finally got our ECO email today, was this the standard wording on everyone?

I applied priority but this is saying 12weeks. I'm just afraid our application is not being treated as priority.

Please let me know.
