COVER LETTER:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please find attached the refusal letter that I received from you dated 06 Dec 2017 with regards to my application for entry clearance made on 10th November 2017. Due to his hectic working life, my husband decided to use a lawyer service but unfortunately they were extremely incompetent and did not even include necessarry documentation required by you. It was our fault as well to over-trust them and not check the dossier before they sent to you. This time, we gathered all documentation ourselves and reapplied.
I respect the ECO’s decision and understand that a necessary document was not included in my application, which was a letter from my employer confirming the details of my position. I fully understand that this was one of the necessary evidence expected from us to provide along with other supporting documents. We have now added this document to our application.
Additionally, you have pointed out in the refusal letter that in my husband’s payslips and bank statements the payment method of his salary was not matching up. As a result, this led you to think that genuine information and evidence was not provided with regards to his income. To clarify this ambiguity, we asked his employer to issue us with a letter of employment, confirming the genuine employment of my husband. Their accountant has also provided us with a letter admitting the “human error” which they had made in his payslips. They have assured us, as stated in their letter too, that future payslips will now reflect the correct payment method.
We have now included in our application;
1) letter of employment from his employer, which clearly states;
• his employment and gross annual salary;
• the length of his employment;
• the period over which he have been or was paid the level of salary relied upon in the application;
• the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency
2) letter from his employer’s accountants, giving full explanation of the “human error” in his payslips pertaining to “payment method”.
In the light of these considerations, kindly consider my application once again for entry clearance to the UK on the basis of my family life with my partner XX.
Yours faithfully,
