Urgent Question about Appendix 2-returned docs

Could you please have a look at the list and tell me if I have anything missing? Many thanks again!

Confirmations and forms:
•   Application form & Appendix 2
•   Priority visa receipt email
•   Confirmation of visa application payment email
•   IHS Reference Number email
•   Visa refusal letter from previous application

Applicant’s documents:
•   My wife's letter of introduction
•   TB Test
•   IELTS Life skills A1
•   Passport to handed over to TLS on bio day in Georgia
•   Cover letter for the "re-application"
•   1 Passport size picture
 
Sponsor’s documents:
•   Copy of sponsor’s passport's bio page and all entry/exit stamps
•   Letter of introduction
•   1 Passport size picture
 
Relationship evidence:
•   Marriage booklet + its translation by a sworn translator
•   Photos to prove relationship
•   Screenshots of skype/whatsapp/viber communication . Call logs
•       Photos to prove relationship
•   Flight tickets of our visits and trips
•   Copy of the applicant's old passport with visa stickers

Sponsor's Financial evidence:
•   6 months' Bank statements (last month's statement is a bunch of mini statements taken from the bank. not from ATM. are they valid too? When i went to the bank to get statements the lady at the cashier printed them from her computer. they are not A4 like the usual ones, kind of half the A4 sized paper but has SANTANDER name on top and it says MINI STATEMENT)
•   Employment letter
•   6 months' stamped Payslips
•   Accountant letter ( to address the mistake he has done in the payslips)
•   P60

Accommodation documents:
•   Tenancy agreement
•   Latest Energy /Water bills
•   Council tax statements for the last 4 years
•   Landlord letter

Okay, the applicant should send her actual old passport, not a copy of it with the stamps.

Also, you have quite a few things you don't need there.

Take out the following:
•   Confirmation of visa application payment email
•   Cover letter for the "re-application"  (this should be in her cover letter - I gave you an outline for that the other day... that was both letters combined into one, just 2 paragraphs total plus the contents of the package)
•   1 Passport size picture of sponsor (pretty sure I already said you didn't need this)
•   Copy of sponsor’s entry/exit stamps (you only need the bio page - don't include the stamps)
•   Latest Energy /Water bills (they don't prove ownership so are irrelevant)
•   Council tax statements for the last 4 years (they don't prove ownership so are irrelevant)

•   Cover letter (stating type of visa applied for and refusal details, plus contents list. No personal details about your relationship - it's just a contents letter)
•   Printed online Application form
•   Appendix 2
•   IHS Reference Number email
•   Applicants old passport
•   1 Passport size picture
•   TB Test
•   IELTS Life skills A1
 
Sponsor:
•   Copy of sponsor’s passport's bio page only
•   Letter of support (detailing how each requirement is met)

Sponsor's Financial evidence:
•   6 months' Bank statements (should be fine if printed by the bank)
•   6 months' stamped Payslips
•   Employment letter
•   Accountant letter ( to address the mistake he has done in the payslips)
•   P60

Accommodation documents:
•   Tenancy agreement

Hi there, sorry i was away for a few days. we applied 10 NOV too, but sent the docs to sheffield on 22 NOV. then on 8 DEC recieved by email the refusal letter . Did you rea-apply too?

i have a question though, how can we really make sure HO got the supporting docs, as Post office track and trace doesnt provide us with a signature. Has anyone experienced this too?

Can you use a different  service instead that does give a signature?

Track and trace is just the tracking system, not a method of sending an item.

For sending something via the post office within the UK, Special Delivery is safest but recorded delivery will also get you a signature.

i sent the documents with Special next day delivery Signed for. and they gave me a tracking reference number, but when i used this service before they always upload the signature of the collector/receipient but this time i can see only DELIVERED information.

That's great, with Special Delivery you are safe and you know it got there. Maybe check again later today or tomorrow. iirc it can take a while for the signature to appear in the tracking info.

It has arrived though, don't worry.

I completely understand your anxiety so I won't tell you again not to worry. (except, for this one time...don't worry, it did get there!) 

Why don't you give them a call, hopefully they will be able to put your mind at rest?

No, mine is a first time application. UPS tracking says my docs were received by Sheffield on Dec 7 but I have not received any email confirmations at all.

No, we didnt receive a confirmation email from HO either. I think they don't send such notification/update. I wish you and your spouse good luck! Hope 2018 will be a better year for everyone!
