I also had a difficult time getting bank statements.  I am with the HSBC and there are no HSBC branches in the country where I was - so I could not get them stamped.

Basically I got it sorted by speaking to a person at the bank and explaining what I needed.  They had to courier them to me.

Sometimes it is worth speaking to a human, rather than put in an online request.

This can be sorted.  Try not to get too upset.
We have done both human and online. We have made 2 online request and 3 in branch human request. As I said do not know what else to try.

He has tried 3 branches now including a major one. They will only do 6 months statement. They told him they will not stamp the ones we print. He has even asked the branch managers.

I do not know what else to try.

Are they only capable of going back six months, or are they refusing to do it?  Ask if they'll do it for a fee?  I mean, I'm sure you're willing to pay a nominal fee at this point to get the statements.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

Only capable of 6 months in branch. Which is why we have asked for them to mail 1 year for us. Its not a fee thing, its a system problem at this point.

What about trying this:
- find somewhere to print the first 6 months yourselves
- take them to a branch
- ask them to print the second 6 months in branch
- at the same time, ask them to write a letter confirming that all 12 months of statements are authentic and correct.

So update...the bank had sent the statement but they sent it via email and not post like we requested ()

How hard can this request be.

Have him remove his email from his account, then request the statements?  If they can't email it, they'll have to post them.  Right?

A quick question...I might have asked this before.

My husband boss did the job letter and told him to print his payslip of there new and improved company app. Only problem I see with this is, the app is basic and does not even have the company name on the generated payslip. Its very very basic.

What can we do, the company keeps sending us to the app. It literally only has his name, the company tax code and breakdown of all the taxes he paid. Nothing else

And another sitiation. Opinions are welcome, im seeking advise

I have a court document and it has an intended date and address for relocation (may 2018 and enfield)

Alot has happened and we are still here, we are just about ready to submit.

My sons dad said hes unable to print the letter and sign it confirming acknowledgement of the new address and that he would send confirmation via email. Do you think this will be sufficient?

I am literally paying for this application tonight.

TIA

What other people have done in similar situations is to get someone to write a letter on company letterhead stating that the payslips are genuine and printed from the company app.
The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

I really hope someone will respond. I know you guys are not lawyers.

Will my son visa be rejected in the basis that his father and I share custody. Someone in a facebook group just told me that he would have to give up his parental right in order to get a visa.

One the state of fl is not going to do that because he isnt an unfit parent. We also have shared custody. He does get holidays etc.

The judge has granted the relocation
, we both signed off on it. He has agreed to me moving and the judge has also agreed (this is how its done in Florida)

Can someone let me know if im missing something. He will still pay child support.

I think its crazy to ask a parent to give up their rights. He agreed and the judge said yes  why isnt this enough?

Of course he won't be refused just because you share custody... that's just stupid (and it's why you shouldn't listen to what people say on FB!).

We have seen many children's visas approved over the years where there is either shared custody or no official custody agreement.

What you need if you share custody, is a written legal agreement and/or a letter from his father stating that he is happy for you to take your son to the UK.

Thank you so much, I was just about freaking out

The document I have is a Ratifying Relocation Agreement...signed and executed by a judge (also signed by me and the father)

I really need to stay off Facebook.
