They seem to have a few different addresses they use these days. I’ve seen the addresses you both were given posted here before, as well as the VISASHEFO one.

As long as it ends in @fco.gov.uk, it should be a legitimate address (providing they give you the correct version of it that is!).

Our was  SheffieldDocsRequested.RestofWorld@fco.gov.uk  which seems completely different again.
When you sent in your documents on thursday did you get an automated email saying your documents had been received?

Don't stress the wrong email address message. The dot being in the wrong place won't matter, it will still be delivered.

If it was truly an incorrect email address, it would have bounced back as undeliverable.

Just got a call from the MP office. They called and finally got an answer on what’s going on. Seems Sheffield never received my requested documents in February or Monday. So they gave another email address to send them to just now.
