Anyone else loving all the people streaming music on twitch? Lately a few artists have been helping my sanity quite a lot, happy music memories and just chit chatting about the past 25 years of rave music.

So while the epic Summer of 2020 is going to very different than originally planned, it's still going to be awesome.  I can feel it.

I've booked all of our campsites for our Motorhome holiday around England and Wales (sorry Scotland, it just got to be too much to squeeze you in).  All are requiring that you have your own toilet/shower facilities, which is fantastic.  All are also limiting to 50% capacity to keep every other pitch open.  I've been looking into "things to do" in the areas.  Wanted to go see the Seals in Norfolk.  They are limiting the boats to 12 people (normally 50).  Steam train, each family gets their own cabin.  Cable cars, each family gets their own.

My cynical husband, "But it'll cost more"  Yeah, nominally.  But we won't be crammed in as usual.  Or at risk of virus (everything gets cleaned between plus masks, hand gel, etc.).

I am so excited to finally see the UK!  I've barely seen any of it.

Official Itenerary (multiple nights most places)
Cambridge
Norfolk
Peak District
York
Lake District
Snowdonia
Brecon Beacons

Yippee!

We *really* want to go back to Scotland.  But as we pick up the motorhome down south, it just got so far and really thinned the schedule.  We figure if we love it, another year we will collect the motorohome in Edinburgh and go from there.  ;D

Plus, I have to see all you yanks, which will add to the schedule and be too difficult to do "in these unprecedented times".  :D  We will have to have a meetup with beer and PB's band playing!  I'll bring XoD (she lives down the road from me).

@KFdancer that sounds like an amazing holiday!  It certainly is the best coronavirus positive - a summer with space!
