Agreed, tells us nothing! No choice but to wait and hope they really hurry up now....

It's not saying that - I posted a reminder of the July processing times. That is, the length of time it took to process all the visas decisions made during July.

So 100% of the decisions made in July were made in 60 working days... I.e. people who applied in May got their visas in July.

Now, of all the decisions made in September, 100% of them were decided in 90 working days... So those people who had to wait 90 working days would have applied in June.

You applied in July and are still waiting for your decision so your decision will likely be part of either the October or November processing times, depending on when you get the decision.

Yes you are correct. Thanks for always clarifying.

Well, from reading all of the different topics, checking the updated waiting time and seeing as how there are still people waiting for non priority from June and July, I got myself a part time job to make the days pass a little faster. I'm honestly getting disheartened by this separation at this point, and I know there are more people who have waited longer than me! Here's hoping we'll all have heard by Christmas!

Not only that but there is such conflicting info about when the clock starts.  While it's interesting to look at, it tells us nothing.

And since priority and non-priority are lumped together...

It's the beauty of statistics.  You can always manipulate them to 'fit' what you are trying to prove.

Agreed, these stats are pretty useless as it turns out and this was what we have all been going by.  I'm from June, early June and am certainly not part of the 100% that got decided.

It's pointless going by anything that they advertise, post etc.  They don't even stick to their own rules.  Completely futile to try and make sense of nonsense.  It just gets you even more upset.

This is my timeline. We're having our formal wedding ceremony in the US on Nov 6th and, unfortunately, it's looking like we may not be able to go back to the UK together after then  :-\\\\

mftruglio, we are on the exact time frame.  Sheffield received our non-priority application on  8/17 and we received the confirmation email on 9/20.  Please let me know if you hear anything and I will do the same.

Absolutely! My husband just reached out to his MP to see if they could inquire about my status. We know we're not over the 12 week threshold yet but if they can speed up the process it's worth a shot! I'll be in touch!

How do you find out who your mp is and reach them?

Another person on here, ebarb, had the same timeline as me.  They got there visa at 59 days.  I'm at 76.  I don't think the dates mean too much.

Agreed. I'm at 70 days and nothing yet. Send a third email to our MP...final plea for help, not sure if it'll do anything but we're so desperate:(

At this rate, it's getting so hard to stay positive! It's so frustrating not knowing when I'll be in the U.K. with my husband again. It would be nice for them to hurry up then on priority applications. The only reason we didn't go priority was that we were told America has one of the fastest processing times and we'd be looking at 4-6 weeks but 12 max. Hindsight sure is a powerful thing. I'm hoping I'll be there for Christmas and our first anniversary at this point. 😢

I sent another email to UKVI realizing that they're probably not going to do anything but since our MP is not responding either, got nothing to lose.  Mev, I actually wrote "I am begging you".  I have no more dignity left.  They came back and said they'll escalate but didn't collect any further info from me so guess where that escalation is going?  Absolutely nowhere.
