I have both eggs and potatoes and tomatoes on hand so I'm thinking something like:

Eggs and oven chips and tomatoes
Spanish omlette
Mexican flavoured scrambled eggs and a baked potato

Something cheap and quick and easy
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

It's taco night!

I made steak soft tacos with grilled shallots, white bean frijole, guacamole and salsa (regular, no home grown tomatillos :( ) and a little tiny bit of smoked cheese.

oh my they were tasty! :)

Actually, I made some fried chicken wraps (like fast food style) and they rocked. Chips and corn on the cob on the side. I called it "KFC" night... lol.

The fridge is bare, so I'm thinking of devilling up some eggs.
