pork chops and rice a roni. probably with salad as I think we have no fresh or frozen veg that I like!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Roast chicken, roast taters, and sweet corn.

A pork roast with crackling, roasted potatoes, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and a lovely German white wine. Afterwards, we will have a chocolate brownie torte thing with cream. I love Sundays!!!

Pork roast here too, most likely with assorted veg & potatoes.

Leftovers from the freezer as both hubby and I were busy today and didn't have time to cook; two different squash curries with basmati rice and bhajis.

Something easy that doesn't require me to leave the house today:  Bangers (from the freezer), mash & veg.  :)

I'm trying this roast chicken recipe after a friend recommended it:

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Roasted-Herb-Chicken--Potatoes/Detail.aspx

I'll put in new potatoes, carrots, and onions to roast with it and we'll have steamed broccoli.

Grrr. I don't know. I'm on my own (no other adults tonight) and thought I'd just have soup. The kids were going to have left over spag bol but I just saw this morning that my cousin seems to have eaten all the leftovers. I can't figure out why as I ate every meal with her that she was around so she obviously snacked on them when I didn't notice. There was enough for a large adult portion!

I'm sooo annoyed! She does this a lot.
