tonight I made burger patties on the BBQ, sauteed onions for the hubby..and then chucked in some fries...easy... ;D

im working late all this week, so no cooking.  DH had a microwave curry, and i had a bag of microwave popcorn.

no cooking as well...got one last hog roast sandwich with applesauce and jess had some yummy jerk chicken , rice and plantains before we set off back to London.

A small sirloin on the George Foreman grill, two small red potatoes boiled in chicken stock, and tiny French green beans.  YUM!

tonight will be a chicken caesar salad for me....oven-fried chicken breasts with a baked potato, peas, and a small salad for DH

BBQ marinated turkey breast steaks, corn on the cob and green beans....(maybe a salad instead of the beans and we'll eat those tomorrow.....)

Well we all have different things.........

My son had two hamburger patties made into chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and homemade gravy.
I had a Marksies count on us meal with boiled potates and a bag of micro veg
Hubby had grilled pork chops, boiled tatties and the micro veg.....

Tomorrow night we are going out with 2 other couples for our Anniversary which was yesterday...but all 3 gentleman are Airport constibules and work shifts so we had to arrange the meal around them..we are going to a lovely local tapis restaurant.
