The benefit of being up early is enjoying the quiet and early morning rain...  :)

Finding a black skirt while out shopping today that's almost exactly like the one I was looking to replace (because it got to be far too big on me).  There's a first for everything! :)

And it's 5 sizes smaller than my old skirt, which I wore (belted even) until it was literally falling off me.  I even could have bought one the next size down (I tried it on), but it was awkwardly tight & I prefer something that skims vs hugs the figure.
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

Well done Carolyn! :)

My UP is having the flat to myself this afternoon. As much as I love to socialize, I love my quiet 'me' time as well.  :D

Coming into work and realizing that I am actually caught up for the first time in months (it was an insane summer with a major staff shortage) and it feels great!

Not sure why my whole thing posted as a quote!  Sorry about that! I blame it on the stupid PC I have at work!   [smiley=devilish.gif]
