We talk everyday for way too long... just can't help it! Our phone bills hurt but that is ok.

Well since I was just relocated back to the states in October... we saw each other in November... and then he is coming at the end of December... then after that I hope to be back in england in march!

so 2.5 months would be the longest!

I'm feeling rather jealous right now  :\\\'( my longest time apart has far exceeded any of yours...meeting within 3 months would be/have been a dream. Ideal would have been within a year..or even two..heck even 3 would be better than this! Hoping I'll have luck later in the year..sigh..another year it is.

yes, it's been asked before by me  :P over a year ago when I was missing my honey and unable to stand the time apart. I completely understand.

DH and averaged a month between visits. The shortest was 2.5 weeks, the longest was 8 weeks (before I moved over).  We were able to see each other so much b/c I worked for the US fed gov and I had a lot of vacation, plus great airfare deals.

We spent 9 months altogether from when we met until I moved in apart in an LDR. We spoke everyday except for 4 days while I was on a cruise (that was torture!). We emailed and texted constantly, especially since DH just was given a blackberry for constant contact with work :)  Aparently it worked b/c we're married and happy now!

*huggles* thankyou Starlite! Congrats on your impending marriage  ;D It's uplifting to know that the distance eventually ends and can evolve into a " real life" daily relationship. Be strong! You'll be forever together soon enough  :)

Just left my fiancee behind again this morning  :\\\'( :\\\'( Won't be til end of April / beginning of May til I see him again.

But this time it'll be when I'm graduating from college, which is the biggest step towards our marriage!  (Well, besides when he proposed of course  ;D)

Trying my best to think positively...it's the only thing to do!!  [smiley=love.gif]

I figured it up while I was waiting in the airport on Saturday coming home.  DF and I have known each other for nearly 5 1/2 years, but have only been a couple for 3 1/2 years.  Out of those 3 1/2 years, if you add it up, we've spent 2 1/2 apart and only 1 year physically together.  I never realized that before!

Well...I think it's an amazing feat anyway  ;D

3 months between visits on average....may be longer next time, money becomes an issue as I need to save for moving costs.

Same here.  Saving for moving costs is tough because you have to balance being together permanently with wanting to see each other right this minute!

To be honest for us it's been a month in a half, & now it's going on three months. We promised each other we wouldn't go any longer, then six months without being together.
